The cost for the Printmedia workshop is $ 3,850.00 (three thousands and eight hundreds and fifty) per person.
The price includes 5 full days of Printmedia workshop at Florence School of Fine Arts and all material costs; lodging in apartments for the 10 days of duration of the Journey; orientation and welcome Aperitivo; Florence walking tour; two special dinners, three museums entrance fees, travel to Chianti for wine tasting. All the activities are guided by Florence School of Fine Arts faculty and staff.
NB: Participants will be responsible for covering the cost of round-trip transportation from your home to Florence, meals not listed above, personal expenses, and travel insurance, which we strongly advise purchasing. Travel insurance typically covers cancellations, emergency medical expenses and evacuation, lost or damaged luggage, and other services.
If participants arrive in Florence before Thursday July 2nd, effective date of the beginning of Make Print, Taste Chianti, Live Florence journey, they will be responsible to provide for their own lodging for the extra days. If participants remain in Florence after the completion of the workshop they will be responsible for lodging. Florence School of Fine Arts is not responsible for participants’ early arrival or later departure lodging.
TRAVEL COMPANIONS COSTS
Spouse and significant others are welcome to participate in the NON Printmedia workshop activities. They will be charged for lodging and for activities costs.
Price for companions $ 1,950.00 (one thousand, nine hundreds and fifty) per person.
Program Cancellation & Refunds
Check-in day is considered the start of the term. The $700 Confirmation Deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE and is applied towards workshop costs. If an official cancellation notice is received by the Florence School of Fine Arts in writing: Participants who cancel less than 60 days before the start of the workshop are liable for the following charges:
• 90 – 46 days prior to the start of a term: 10% of the program cost
• 45 – 31 days prior to the start of a term: 20% of the program cost
• 30 – 8 days prior to the start of a term: 50% of the full Program Fee
• 7 days or less prior to the start of a term: 100% of the full Program Fee
